EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 13`h day of August 2007, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Ihlan, Pust, Kough, Roe and Mayor Klausing and the following were absent: None Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10537 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH §1005.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR ROSELAWN CEMETERY, 803 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF07-047). WHEREAS, Roselawn Cemetery has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow immediate construction of a mausoleum and future improvements consisting of expanded roads, a second mausoleum, columbarium garden, and monument/special feature; and WHEREAS, the use of the premises as a cemetery requires a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 803 Larpenture Avenue and legally described as: The West'/: of the Southeast''/a of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23, subject to sewer easement and excluding the East 400 feet of the North 377 5/10 feet part north of the widened Larpenteur Avenue PIN 14-29-23-43-0001 WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, which is as follows: a. Impact on traffic b. Impacts on parks, streets and other public facilities c. Compatibility of the site plan, internal circulation, landscaping and structure with contiguous properties d. Impact of the use on market value of contiguous properties e. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare f. Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the request on August 1, 2007, recommending (5-0) approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, subject to conditions;
