EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 13`h day of August 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Pust, Kough, Roe and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10537 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1005.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR ROSELAWN CEMETERY, 803 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF07-047). <br />WHEREAS, Roselawn Cemetery has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to <br />allow immediate construction of a mausoleum and future improvements consisting of expanded <br />roads, a second mausoleum, columbarium garden, and monument/special feature; and <br />WHEREAS, the use of the premises as a cemetery requires a CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT in § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 803 Larpenture Avenue and legally <br />described as: <br />The West'/: of the Southeast''/a of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23, subject to sewer <br />easement and excluding the East 400 feet of the North 377 5/10 feet part north <br />of the widened Larpenteur Avenue <br />PIN 14-29-23-43-0001 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, <br />which is as follows: <br />a. Impact on traffic <br />b. Impacts on parks, streets and other public facilities <br />c. Compatibility of the site plan, internal circulation, landscaping and structure with <br />contiguous properties <br />d. Impact of the use on market value of contiguous properties <br />e. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare <br />f. Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />request on August 1, 2007, recommending (5-0) approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, <br />subject to conditions; <br />
