NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE the <br />request by Roselawn Cemetery, 803 Larpenteur Avenue, for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in <br />accordance with Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. The mausoleum and associated site improvements shall be constructed similar to <br />its depiction in the plans as submitted and dated July 16, 2007. <br />2. Roselawn Cemetery shall be allowed to expand the internal road network as <br />depicted in the plans as submitted and dated July 16, 2007 upon review and <br />approval by the City. <br />3. Roselawn Cemetery shall be allowed to construct the columbarium, second <br />mausoleum, and monument/feature as depicted in the plans as submitted and <br />dated July16, 2007 upon review and approval by the City. <br />4. The CONDITIOANL USE PERMIT shall expire 6 months of the approval date if <br />a building permit is not issued (for the first mausoleum), pursuant to § 1013.03 of <br />the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, Pust, <br />Kough, Roe, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
