Call Roll Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approxi- mately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for February: Kough; Pust; Ihlau; Roe; and Klausing) Mayor Klausing advised that Councilmember Kough had advised that he would not be available for tonight's meeting. City Attorney Jay Squires was also present. 2. Approve Agenda The agenda was approved by consensus, as presented. 3. Public Comment Mayor Klausing called For public comment by members of the audience on any non- agenda items. a. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street Mr. Kysylyczyn provided his alternative opinion to those views expressed in Mayor Klausing's State of the City speech presented immediately prior to to- night's regular City Council meeting. Mr. Kysylyczyn volunteered the possibility of his providing a website for the public to receive his alternative view in order to provide a balance. 4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements a. Housing & Redevelopment Authority Report Councilmember Pust reported on the recently-held annual Roseville Home & Garden Fair, noting that it was very successful with a great turnout. Council- member Pust thanked those sponsors and volunteers from various organizations who helped make the annual event successful. Councilmember Pust also reported as Liaison to the Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) and their current project to further refine their strategic plan and review and combination of various programs to ensure that efforts were being du- plicated, and that existing programs were still valid, with an effort to freeing up some funds to look at green initiatives.
