Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approxi- <br />mately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br />(Voting and Seating Order for February: Kough; Pust; Ihlau; Roe; and Klausing) <br />Mayor Klausing advised that Councilmember Kough had advised that he would not be <br />available for tonight's meeting. <br />City Attorney Jay Squires was also present. <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />The agenda was approved by consensus, as presented. <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called For public comment by members of the audience on any non- <br />agenda items. <br />a. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn provided his alternative opinion to those views expressed in <br />Mayor Klausing's State of the City speech presented immediately prior to to- <br />night's regular City Council meeting. Mr. Kysylyczyn volunteered the possibility <br />of his providing a website for the public to receive his alternative view in order to <br />provide a balance. <br />4. Council Communications, Reports and Announcements <br />a. Housing & Redevelopment Authority Report <br />Councilmember Pust reported on the recently-held annual Roseville Home & <br />Garden Fair, noting that it was very successful with a great turnout. Council- <br />member Pust thanked those sponsors and volunteers from various organizations <br />who helped make the annual event successful. <br />Councilmember Pust also reported as Liaison to the Housing & Redevelopment <br />Authority (HRA) and their current project to further refine their strategic plan and <br />review and combination of various programs to ensure that efforts were being du- <br />plicated, and that existing programs were still valid, with an effort to freeing up <br />some funds to look at green initiatives. <br />
