By Roseville's HRA: An assistance program where a financially distressed <br />owner in violation of Roseville's Building Maintenance acid Preservation Code <br />can have maintenance work performed on their home (through the abatement <br />process) with the cost assessed to the property's taxes and with payment <br />collected when the property eventually sells. <br />® This program would assist the elderly remain in their home and will help <br />maintain surrounding property values <br />11. A formal or informal program where-by staff pre-notifies and later canvasses a <br />section of the city to observe (from the public right-of--way only) and act upon <br />public nuisance and buildurg maintenance violations (such as Shoreview's <br />SHINE program). <br />® This would require additional seasonal staff. <br />12.
