EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of February, <br />2008, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Kough, Pust, Illlan, Roe and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br />Member Ililan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 10595 <br />Roseville City Council <br />Rules of Procedure <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopts Rules of Procedure to conduct the City's business <br />at Council Meetings, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby adopts the <br />following Rules of Procedure: <br />Rule 1 Roberts' Rules of Order <br />The Council adopts the most recent edition of Roberts' Rules of Order for all <br />Council meetings. <br />Rule 2 Timine of Council Packet Formation and Delivery <br />Every effort will be made to send draft agendas and supporting documents to <br />Councilmembers ten days in advance of an item appearing on a Council agenda <br />This additional time will give Councilmembers adequate time to study an issue <br />and seek answers to questions. <br />
