<br />City of Roseville - HRA Minutes for April 18, 2006Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br />  <br />C C <br />ITYOUNCIL <br />City of Roseville <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority Meeting <br />Tuesday, April 18, 2006 <br />1.Call to Order <br />Chair Majerus called the regular meeting for April 18, 2006 of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority in <br />and for the City of Roseville to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Roseville City Hall. <br />2.Roll Call <br />Present: Jen Jackson Millasovich, Jill Bean, Bill Majerus, Jeanne Kelsey, Susan Elkins <br />Absent: Dean Maschka, Joe Scheunemann <br />Staff present: Executive Director Cathy Bennett, Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />Others present: <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />Motion: Member Millasovich moved, seconded by Member Elkins, to approve the minutes as <br />amended for the March 21, 2006 meeting. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried: 5-0 <br />4.Announcements, Agenda Adjustments, Correspondence, Comments <br />Chair notes that there are two additions to the agenda brought forth by staff. Action item 8.e.Consider HRA <br />Loan Program modifications and Discussion item 9.a. Discuss parking ordinance options for Planning <br />Commission. <br />Motion: Member Bean moved, seconded by Member Millasovich, to approve additions to the <br />agenda. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried: 5-0 <br />Chair Majerus thanked Dennis Welsch for his help and dedication to the HRA and the citizens of Roseville <br />over his years of service and wished him well in his retirement. <br />Motion: Member Kelsey moved, seconded by Member Bean, to approve Resolution of Appreciation <br />for Dennis Welsch. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried: 5-0 <br />http://archive.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/hra/minutes/2006/hram060418.htm3/10/2008 <br /> <br />
