(HF0041) <br />Acceptance of 1st Quarter 2006 Report (HF0041) <br />b. <br />Acceptance of Executive Director Fees & Legal Fees for 1st Quarter 2006 (HF0041) <br />c. <br />Motion: Member Millasovich moved, seconded by Member Elkins, to approve the consent agenda <br />as presented. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried: 5-0 <br />7.Public Hearing <br />None <br />8.Action Items <br />Selection of Members for Citizen Advisory Group on Rental Housing (HF0036) <br />a. <br />Executive Director Bennett provided a summary regarding the applications received and the limited <br />number of resident applications living next to single family rental property. Bennett provided options <br />for the HRA consideration. <br />Chair Majerus suggested that the item be tabled and a subcommittee of the board be established to <br />review the applications for the Citizen Advisory Group and come back to the RHRA with specific <br />recommendations for its composition. Chair Majerus noted that the HRA needs more time to review <br />the applications and suggested that additional applicants relating to residents living next to rental <br />property be sought. <br />Member Kelsey suggested that two HRA members work to Sheppard this effort to get CAG <br />members. She noted her concern with moving forward without this oversight. <br />Members Bean, Millasovich and Elkins agreed to participate. <br />Motion: Member Bean moved, seconded by Member Millasovich, to table selection of the <br />members of the Citizen Advisory Group and establish an HRA member subcommittee <br />consisting of Bean, Millasovich and Elkins to review candidates and bring back a specific <br />recommendation to a future HRA meeting. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Approval of Facilitator for Citizen Advisory Group Process (HF0036) <br />b. <br />Executive Director Bennett noted that the Citizen Advisory Group process will be the most <br />http://archive.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/hra/minutes/2006/hram060418.htm3/10/2008 <br /> <br />
