Rehabilitation of rental properties <br />5• Job creation (funding of County wide demographics study demonstrating need for housing and <br />job creation) <br />Staff did not include the removal of dilapidated structures as a priority since in Roseville that could <br />and most likely will be an element of any one of the priorities listed. <br />4.2 Funds will be assigned by the County HRA based upon the entire Ramsey County Municipalities <br />responses to the priorities.
