1. Screening consistent with that contemplated in § 1005.01 G (Buffer Zones) of the <br />City Code shall be installed along the western property line to the Community <br />Development Director's approval; <br />2. The applicant shall provide a landscape plan for the property to ensure that the <br />plants and landscape features installed on the property are able to achieve <br />compliance with City Code requirements pertaining to screening and traffic <br />safety; <br />3. This approval shall not be construed to allow adrive-through facility; and <br />4. The INTERIM UsE PERMIT shall be valid from June 1, 2008 through May 31, 2011 <br />or until the codification of an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance affecting this <br />property, whichever comes first. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Pust, Ihlan, Roe, <br />and Klausing; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
