Procedure For Conditional Use Permit: Any owner of land may file an application for a <br />296 I conditional use permit by paying the amount set forth in section -181-4101.5.03 of this title, <br />297 providing a complete application and supporting documents as set forth in the standard <br />298 community development department application form, and by providing the city with an <br />299 abstractor's certified property certificate showing the property owners within three hundred <br />300 fifty feet (350') of the outer boundary of the parcel of land on which the conditional use <br />301 permit is requested. A hearing shall beheld on the application by the planning commission, <br />302 with notice and hearing procedure as set forth in chapter 108 of this code except that the <br />303 notices shall contain the description of the land and the kind of conditional use permit <br />304 involved.
