Ramsey Family Collaborative; and author- <br />izing the Mayor, City Manager and Chief of Police to execute the document. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Ihlan; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />£ Approve Agreement for Supplemental Law Enforcement Services by Ramsey <br />County Sheriff s Department on Lake Owasso <br />Pust moved, Roe seconded, approval of an agreement between the City of Rose- <br />ville and the County of Ramsey for supplemental law enforcement services on <br />Lake Owasso at a cost not to exceed $1,659, to be funded from the 2008 Police <br />Department Budget; and further authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to exe- <br />cute the document, pending final review of the City Attorney. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Ihlan; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />h. Approve Request by Bonten LP and Bonten II LLC (Bonestroo & Associ- <br />ates), 2335, 2355, and 2361 W Highway 36, for the Vacation of Easements <br />and Final Plat approval in accordance with Sections 1015 and 1100 of the <br />Roseville City Code (PFO8-010) <br />Pust moved, Roe seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10608 entitled, "A Reso- <br />lution Approving the Vacation of Certain Public Easements on Property located at <br />2335, 2355, and 2361 W Highway 36, Bonestroo (PF08-10);" based on the com- <br />ments of Section 4 and 5, and subject to the condition of Section 78 of the project <br />report dated March 24, 2008. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Ihlan; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Pust moved, Roe seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10609 entitled, "A Reso- <br />lution approving the Final Plat of Bonten Addition for Property Located at 2335, <br />2355, and 2361 W Highway 36, Bonestroo (PF08-10);" combining eight lots <br />and/or parcels into four lots, based on the comments of Section 4 and 6, and sub- <br />ject to the condition listed in Section 7.3 and 7.4 of the project report dated March <br />24, 2008. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Ihlan; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />
