Receive /Accept Pathways Planning Committee Report Pust moved, Roe seconded, approval of the committee membership and work plan for update of the City of Roseville's Pathway Master Plan, as detailed in the pro- ject report dated Maroh 24, 200$. Roll CaII Ayes: Pust; Ihlan; Roe; and Klausing. Nays: None. 8. Consider Items Removed from Consent a. Approve Mutual Aid/Joint Powers Agreement for County-wide Traffic En- forcement (Former Consent Item 7.g) At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed this item. Councilmember Ihlan questioned if, as other communities were added to the law enforcement mutual aid agreement, the City Council would see those additional communities as a Consent Agenda action item. City Manager Malinen advised that it was not staffls intent to do so unless there were revisions to the language of the agreement. Mayor Klausing requested that staff provide an update to the Ciry Council if and when other communities were added, without the need for formal City Council action, unless there were language content revisions to the agreement. Klausing moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of a Mutual Aid Agreement for the Roseville Police Department with various azea law enforcement agencies and governmental units jurisdictions for maintaining the peace and apprehension of criminals. Authorize Staff to Advertise Vacancy on the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (Former Consent Agenda Item 7.i) Roe moved, Pust seconded, declaration of a vacancy on the Housing and Rede- velopment Authority (HRA), for a term ending September 23, 2009, and authoriz-
