Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, Apri114, 2008 <br />Page 3 <br />Mayor Klausing presented a plaque and recognized Jeanne Kelsey for dedicated <br />service to the City of Roseville on the Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Au- <br />thority; noting that she'd resigned her position to become an employee of the City <br />of Roseville as the City's Housing Program Coordinator. <br />Mayor Klausing presented a plaque and recognized Richard Houck for his dedi- <br />cated service, to the City of Roseville on the Roseville Police Civil Service Com- <br />mission. <br />c. Proclamation of Arbor Day <br />Mayor Klausing introduced a Proclamation declaring April 25, 2008 as Arbor <br />Day in the City of Roseville. <br />Roe moved, Ihlan seconded, proclamation of April 25, 2008 as Roseville Arbor <br />Day. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Roe; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />6. <br />7. <br />Approve Minutes <br />a.
