Receive SWPPP Annual Report Ihlan moved, Klausing seconded, approving the Storm Water Pollution Preven- tion Program 2007 Annual Report. Roll Call Ayes: Ihlan; Roe; Pust; and Klausing. Nays: None. h. Award County Road C Streetscape Contract Councilmember Roe noted the favorable bids received, lower than the Engineer's estimate, and the good news for the City budget and taxpayers. Ihlan moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No.10611 entitled, "Resolution Awarding Bids for County Road C Streetscape Project," awarding the bid to Park Construction Co., of Hampton, MN in an amount not to exceed $579,927.77. Approve the Joint Powers Agreement for Fire Department Mobile Computer Aided Dispatch lhlan moved, Klausing seconded, authorizing an agreement between the City of Roseville and the City of St. Paul to provide wireless computer-aided dispatch (CAD) services in the amount of a one-time set-up fee of $1,800 and annual maintenance fee of $2,700; and to further authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. Approve a Hold Harmless Agreement with Prince of Peace Church, 2555 North Victoria Street for a Live Burn for Fire Training Ihlan moved, Klausing seconded, authorizing a hold harmless agreement between the City of Roseville and Prince of Peace, Inc., located at 2555 N Victoria Street, Roseville, MN for the benefit of Fire and Police Department training on desig- nated properties, including live burn training that will conclude with the full burn
