Approve Livable Communities Demonstration Account Grant and Tax Base <br />Revitalization Account Contracts and Memorandum of Understanding Be- <br />tween the City and Aeon <br />Ihlan moved, Klausing seconded, approving grant contracts between the City of <br />Roseville and the Metropolitan Council for $305,000 in Livable Communities <br />Demonstration Account (LCDA) grant funds; and $121,500 in Tax Base Revitali- <br />zation Account (TBRA) grant funds, to facilitate the rehabilitation of the Har Mar <br />Apartments. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Roe; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Ihlan moved, Klausing seconded, approving a Memorandum of Understanding <br />between the City of Roseville and Aeon that identified responsibilities and the ex- <br />pectations of each party pertinent to the implementation of the LCDA and TBRA <br />grants; and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute the documents. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Roe; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />8.
