<br />" <br /> <br />~ <br />, <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />The Village shall also pay 50% of the gross profit olf the <br /> <br />preceding year as hereinabove defined. <br /> <br />In the event the Village makes such a payment to the operator <br /> <br />as herein set forth, the interest of the Operator shall cease <br /> <br />as provided~n~Section 10 hereof. All notice of termination <br /> <br />herein provided for shall be made not later than 30 days prior <br /> <br />to the end of any ski season as hereinbefore defined. <br /> <br />13. The Operator shall maintain the premises in a fit <br /> <br />and proper manner and the Village maintains the right to come <br /> <br />upon the said premises at any time for the purposes of making <br /> <br />inspection thereof, and if it finds the same to be unsafe <br /> <br />or improper, it shall notify the Operator in writing, and <br /> <br />the Operator shall have thirty (30) days to correct any such <br /> <br />condition, and if not corrected within thirty (30) days from <br /> <br />receipt of said notice, the Village reserves the right <br /> <br />to forthwith terminate and cancel the said contract without <br /> <br />payment, except that if the Operator challenges the charges as <br /> <br />filed by the Village, the matter shall be resolved by arbi- <br /> <br />tration, as hereinabove provided. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed the <br /> <br />day and year above written. <br /> <br />WI <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />,,~r~_ B <br />r ;r:.;L7!i.-:-~ <br />
