<br />-3- <br /> <br />3. The Village Council hereby directs the Metropolitan <br />Affairs committee to make specific recommendations to the Village <br />Council of the following: <br /> <br />a. What future legislation should be enacted <br />dealing with the Metropolitan Commission itself <br />and met ropo li tan area problems. <br /> <br />b. What citizens of Roseville the Village Council <br />should sponsor as members of the Advisory Committee <br />to the ~~tropolitan Council. <br /> <br />4. The Metropolitan Advisory Committee is encouraged <br />to attend as many meetings of the Metropolitan Council and its <br />advisory committees as it sees fit to accomplish those tasks set <br />forth in paragraphs 1, 2, and 3. <br /> <br />S.
