<br />After the polls close, the judges shall forthwith lock the voting <br />machines, read and announce the voted on the proposition submitted <br />as shown on the public counter. The judges shall thereafter enter the <br />results on the statements of canvass, sign the certificates required by law, <br />and deliver the statements of canvass to the Villa~e Clerk. <br /> <br />6.
