4. The Village Clerk is also authorized and directed to cause ballots or ballot labels to be prepared and placed in the voting machines to be used at said election. Said ballots or ballot labels shall be printed in black ink on light green material in substantially the following form: OFFICIAL BALLOT (Village Clerk's facsimile signature) Shall the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, borrow money by issuing its negotiable coupon general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed the proceeds of which are to be used for the acquisition, construction and equipping of a municipal ice arena to be owned and operated by the Village as a public convenience from which a revenue may be derived? The voting levers shall be so arranged as to provide the voters with the opportunity of voting "Yes" or "No" on such proposition. The Clerk shall provide each polling place with at least two sample ballots arranged in the form of a diagram showing such part of the face of the voting machine as shall be in use at said election. Such sample ballots shall contain suitable illustrated directions for voting on the voting machine, and shall remain open to inspection by the voters throughout the said election day. A sample ballot Shall also be posted in the office of the Village Clerk at least four days before the election. 5.
