<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 29, 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village <br />on Monday, the 29th day of January, 1968 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Shields and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolu- <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMJNJNJ TO ACQUIRE BY EMINENT DOMAIN <br />THE PERMANENT EASEMENTS ACROSS AND UNDER CERTAIN LANDS FOR <br />THE PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING <br />UNDERGROUND STORM SEWER LINES, PIPES AND APPURTENANCES <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AND THAT THE <br />NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE COMPLETED FOR SAID PURPOSE, AS A <br />PART OF IMPROVEMENT 67-20: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Rose- <br />ville has been advised by competent engineers that it is <br />feasible to construct underground storm sewer lines, pipes <br />and appurtenances for the purpose of collecting and there- <br />after discharging certain storm sewer water within that <br />portion of said Village as a part of Improvement 67-20 for <br />the Village of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council deems it necessary and <br />expedient and in the best interest of the Village and its <br />inhabitants that the Village acquire permanent easements <br />across and under certain lands for the above purposes; and <br />
