Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the regular meeting of the Roseville City <br />Council at approximately 6:00 p.m, and welcomed everyone. <br />Voting and Seating Order: Willmus; Pust; Roe; and Klausing. Mayor Klaus- <br />ing advised that staff had been notified by Councilmember Ihlan that she <br />was inadvertently delayed in travel and would be unable to attend tonight's <br />meeting. <br />City Attorney Jay Squires was also present. <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />By consensus, the agenda was approved as presented. <br />• <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on <br />any non-agenda items. <br />a. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn commented about and distributed a bench handout <br />from the City's website entitled, "Geothermal System Approved." <br />b. Assistant Parks & Recreation Director Jill Anfang <br />Ms. Anfang announced and highlighted upcoming Rosefest events <br />celebrating the City of Roseville's 60~' Birthday of incorporation into <br />a City, and the theme "Celebrating Community Connections." <br />Mayor Klausing thanked staff, community volunteers and sponsors <br />for their part in putting together an impressive array of family activi- <br />ties and events; and encouraged citizens to attend. <br />• <br />
