Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, June 16, 2008 <br />Page 8 <br />Roe moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10635 • <br />entitled, "Resolution Authorizing a new Fire Relief Pension Plan <br />Benefit for the Fiscal year of 2007 and Beyond;" increasing the <br />monthly benefit from $29 to $30 per year of service; and increasing <br />the lump-sum benefit from $2,900 to $3,000 per year of service; based <br />on cost-of-living adjustments. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Willmus; Pust; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />f. Adopt a Resolution Approving the Request by Family Motor <br />Coach Association and Meritex Enterprises for an Interim Use <br />Permit to Allow the Temporary Holding/Staging Area and Tem- <br />porary Off-Site Directional Signage for their International Con- <br />vention (PFOB-021) <br />Roe moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10636 <br />entitled, "A Resolution Approving an Interim Use Permit in Accor- <br />dance with Roseville City Code, Section 1012.09, for Meritex Enter- • <br />prises and the Family Motor Coach Association at 2285 Walnut Street <br />(PF08-021)." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Willmus; Pust; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />g. Authorize Reclassification of Support Position for Public Works <br />Maintenance <br />Councilmember Pust noted that there was no amended Position De- <br />scription included in the staff report; and questioned if that would be <br />forthcoming to the City Council for their review and consideration. <br />Public Works Director Duane Schwartz advised that staff had worked <br />with the City's Human Resources Director Eldona Bacon on the mi- <br />nor adjustments from traditional clerical duties to more analytical du- <br />ties, and had not realized the need to bring those minor adjustments to <br />the City Council. <br />
