review pursuant to Minnesota Rules Section 4410.3610 Subp. 5 E. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Rules Section 4410.3610 Subp. 5 D., the draft Final AUAR <br />Update shall be reviewed by all agencies required by Minnesota law, rules and <br />regulations. <br />2. State agencies and the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities have 10 days from the <br />date of receipt of the Draft AUAR Update to file an objection pursuant to the <br />requirements of Minnesota Rules Section 4410.3610 subp. 5 D. The City of Roseville is <br />extending this review to 20 days. <br />3. The City of Roseville shall follow the procedures mandated by Minnesota Rules, Section <br />4410.3610 through the conclusion of the AUAR Update process, as required by <br />Minnesota law, rules and regulations. Unless an objection is filed, the City of Roseville <br />shall adopt the Final AUAR Update and its plan for mitigation at its first regularly <br />scheduled meeting held 15 or more days after distribution of the draft Final AUAR <br />Update, as required by Minnesota Rules, Section 4410.3610 Subp. 5 E. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Pust, and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, Kough, Roe, and <br />Klausing. <br />and the following voted against the same: Ihlan. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
