Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota February 26, 1968 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re 7ul?.T meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Vil- lage Hall in said Village on the 26th d~ of February, 1968, at 7:30 o'clockp .M. The following members were present: I'layor Moll, Councilmen Curl0Y, Grauel and Linebarc!er and the following were absent: COi.IDcilman Shields * * * * * * * * * '"!ember Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2029 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC SALE OF GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 4 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. It is hereby found and determined that it is necessary at the present time to issue and sell improvement bonds of the Village in the amount of $2,080,000, for the purpose of P88ing the cost of local improvements instituted under Minnesota Statutes, Cha.pter 429, including the retirement of the Temporary Improvement Bonds dated December 15, 1967. 2. This Council shall meet at the time and place designated in the form of notice herein contained for the purpose of receiving, opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding the sale of said bonds, and the Clerk is hereby author- ized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published in the Suburban Life, the official newspaper of the Village, and in the Commercial West, a financial newspaper published at Minneapolis, Minnesota, which notice shall be in substantially the following form: -1-
