Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the regular meeting of the Roseville City Council at ap- <br />proximately 6:00 p.m., welcoming everyone. <br />Voting and Seating Order: Kough; Pust; Ihlan; Roe; Klausing. Mayor Klausing advised <br />that Carol Kough had advised that Councilmember Kough would be unable to attend to- <br />night's meeting. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Item 7.h entitled, "Approving Ex- <br />tension of Printing Contract," for discussion purposes. <br />Councilmember Ihlan further requested that Business Item 13.a. entitled, "Discussion <br />Regarding Design Work for Twin Lakes Infrastructure Improvements;" and Item 13.b en- <br />titled, "Consider Request by McGough Development for Rezoning and General Concept <br />Planned Unit Development for the PIK Terminal Site, 2690 Prior Avenue (PPF08-001)." <br />be moved up in the agenda to allow for more discussion, and asked that staff contact <br />McGough Construction of the time change. <br />Councilmember Pust noted that, if staff was unable to contact McGough or if they were <br />unable to amve earlier, Councilmembers be flexible to move the item later in the agenda. <br />The agenda was approved by consensus, as amended. <br />3. Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on any non- <br />agenda items. <br />a. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn requested that the City Council consider, for future discussion <br />with the Police Civil Service Commission, whether the Police Chief and Deputy <br />Chief positions should be restored to the jurisdiction of the Civil Service Com- <br />mission, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 419; and the ramifications if <br />they were restored. <br />• <br />
