Call Roll Mayor Klausing called to order the regular meeting of the Roseville City Council at ap- proximately 6:00 p.m., welcoming everyone. Voting and Seating Order: Kough; Pust; Ihlan; Roe; Klausing. Mayor Klausing advised that Carol Kough had advised that Councilmember Kough would be unable to attend to- night's meeting. City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. 2. Approve Agenda Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Item 7.h entitled, "Approving Ex- tension of Printing Contract," for discussion purposes. Councilmember Ihlan further requested that Business Item 13.a. entitled, "Discussion Regarding Design Work for Twin Lakes Infrastructure Improvements;" and Item 13.b en- titled, "Consider Request by McGough Development for Rezoning and General Concept Planned Unit Development for the PIK Terminal Site, 2690 Prior Avenue (PPF08-001)." be moved up in the agenda to allow for more discussion, and asked that staff contact McGough Construction of the time change. Councilmember Pust noted that, if staff was unable to contact McGough or if they were unable to amve earlier, Councilmembers be flexible to move the item later in the agenda. The agenda was approved by consensus, as amended. 3. Public Comment Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on any non- agenda items. a. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street Mr. Kysylyczyn requested that the City Council consider, for future discussion with the Police Civil Service Commission, whether the Police Chief and Deputy Chief positions should be restored to the jurisdiction of the Civil Service Com- mission, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 419; and the ramifications if they were restored. •
