Approve Three-Year Teamsters Contract (2008-2010) Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the proposed terms and conditions for the 2008 collective bargaining agreement with the ~b~ Teamsters, and to direct City staff to prepare the necessary documents for execution, subject to City Attor- ney approval as to legal form. Declare Vacancies on the Ethics, Human Rights, and Public Works, Envi- • ronment and Transportation Commissions Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, extending the vacant term for the Human Rights Commission to March 31, 2010.
