Variance Board Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, April 02, 2008 <br />Page 2 <br />Mr. Lloyd advised that staff had received one call from an apartment complex manager <br />(immediately behind the property) who had received post card notice and was simply <br />inquiring about the request. <br />The applicant, Mr. Gjelhaug, was present and concurred with staff’s report and had no <br />further comment. <br />Chair Boerigter closed the Public Hearing, with no one appearing for or against. <br />MOTION <br />Member Martinson moved, seconded by Member Doherty to adopt Variance Board <br />Resolution No. 79 entitled, “A Resolution APPROVING A VARIANCE to Roseville <br />City Code, Section 1004 (Residence Districts) for Aaron Gjelhaug, 894 Lovell <br />Avenue (PF08-015);” based on the comments and findings outlined in Section 5, <br />and subject to the conditions detailed in Section 6 of the project report dated April <br />2, 2008. <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Chair Boerigter advised the applicant of the appeal process timeframe. <br />b. PLANNING FILE 08-013 <br />Request by Centennial Gardens Apartment for a VARIANCE to Roseville City Code, <br />§1009 (Sign Regulations) to allow a temporary apartment leasing sign to be erected <br />on the Hamline Shopping Center property, 2797-2833 Hamline Avenue. <br />Mr. Lloyd advised that the above-referenced case had been withdrawn. <br />5. Adjournment <br />Chair Boerigter adjourned the meeting at 5:43 p.m. <br />
