Set Public Hearing on December 15, 2008 for an ordinance relating to Elec- <br />tronic Auction of Unclaimed Property <br />Ihlan moved, Roe seconded, establishing a public hearing on Monday, December <br />15, 2008 to provide for public input on the proposed modification to City Code, <br />Section 508.01; Sales of Unclaimed Property. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Willmus; Roe; Ihlan; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />f. Approve Change Order and Adopt Resolution to Accept Work Completed, <br />Authorize Final Payment of $56,755.57 and Commence One-Year Warranty <br />Period on the 2007 Contract B Mill and Overlay Project <br />Ihlan moved, Roe seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10667 entitled, "Final <br />Contract Acceptance - 2007 Contract B Mill and Overlay Project;" starting the <br />one-year warranty; and authorizing final payment of $56,755.57. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Willmus; Roe; Ihlan; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />8. Consider Items Removed from Consent <br />a. Adopt a Resolution Approving an Interim Use Permit for Ted Glasrud Asso- <br />ciates for Construction of an Accessory Structure at Rosedale Tower, 1700 <br />Highway 36 (PF08-041) (Former Consent Item 7.d) <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed <br />this item, requested for removal from the Consent Agenda to determine if there <br />was anyone present for public comment. <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested clarification of the final location for placement of <br />the gazebo. <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon advised that Location "B," <br />as part of the original recommendation had been selected. Mr. Trudgeon further <br />advised that materials were on site for accomplishment of the condition for enclo- <br />sure of trash receptacles. <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested additional information on neighborhood concerns <br />that there would be after-hours partying at the gazebo and sought clarification as <br />to in-house security for monitoring purposes. <br />Applicant's Representative, Tim McCarthy <br />Mr. McCarthy advised that their firm's corporate offices were located within the <br />building ,and that two (2) two resident property managers were on-site, in addi- <br />tion to on-call security from any of their firm's various other buildings for addi- <br />
