Public Hearing Regarding Chianti Grill Liquor Licenses, 2100 Snelling Ave- <br />nue N <br />Finance Director Chris Miller advised that Chianti Grill had applied for an On- <br />Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor Licenses at Har Mar Mall - Outlot 82, as de- <br />tailed in the Request for Council Action dated December 1, 2008, with staff rec- <br />ommending approval. Mr. Miller advised that the applicant had been invited to <br />tonight's meeting, but was apparently not present. <br />Mayor Klausing opened and closed the Public Hearing at 7:18 p.m., with no one <br />appearing for or against. <br />12. Business Items (Action Items) <br />a. Consider 2009 On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License for Chianti <br />Grill, 2100 Snelling Avenue N <br />Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of a 2009 On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating <br />Liquor License for Chianti Grill, located at Har Mar Mall - Outlot 82 (2100 Snel- <br />ling Avenue N); for the period of one year, expiring December 31, 2009; and con- <br />tingent upon review and approval by the City Attorney prior to issuance. <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, Mr. Miller offered to get information on the <br />proposed opening of Chianti Grill and provide that to the City Council for their <br />information. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Willmus; Pust; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />b. Consider Approving 2009 City Council Meeting Schedule <br />Councilmember Willmus verified with Councilmember-elect Jeff Johnson, in the <br />audience, that the schedule was amenable to him. <br />Councilmember-elect Johnson confirmed that it was so amenable. <br />
