Approve Minutes of November 24, 2008 Regular Meeting <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, approval of the minutes of the November 24, 2008 <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council as amended. <br />Corrections (Roe): <br />Minor typographical corrections were indicated and made to pages 5, 8, 11, 14 <br />and 18 as follows: <br />Page 5, Line 28, Item 10.a, Emergency Management Presentation <br />"Sgt. Marshall advised that availability of ~ sessions for specific personnel <br />was on-going, with waiting lists for applicable training." <br />Page 8, Line 25, Item 12.b, Public Hearing Regarding Liquor License Re- <br />newals <br />"...of continuing to see [serve] liquor after license revocation." <br />Page 11, Linel 1- 5, Item 13.b, Consider Approving 2009 Liquor License <br />Renewals <br />Line 4, correct to read, "[on] past violations, rather than "no..." and add a state- <br />ment to indicate that staff would draft the said policy for City Council considera- <br />tion. <br />Page 14, Line 30, Item 13.d, Consider Legal Services Contract for City <br />Prosecutor and City Attorney <br />Correct typographical error to read "...to pay..." <br />Page 18, Line 32, Item 14.a, Continued Discussion of 2009 Tax Levy and <br />Budget <br />Correct to identify Councilmember [Ihlan] as making the suggestion. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Willmus; Pust; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />7. Approve Consent Agenda <br />There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Bill Malinen briefly reviewed those <br />items being considered under the Consent Agenda. <br />a. Adopt Resolution Authorizing Grant Application to Ramsey County Active <br />Living for 1,000 Bench Program <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10671 entitled, "Authoriz- <br />ing Application of Active .Living Ramsey County 1,000 Benches Program Grant <br />for Langton Lake Pathway to Health;" and approving the necessary matching <br />funds of $9,288.78 from the Park Improvement Program (PIP). <br />Roll Call <br />
