Truth in Taxation pgs 1-8 <br />Regular City Council Meeting pgs 9-15 <br />Monday, December O1, 2008 <br />Page 7 <br />Tom Tong, owner of 1925 W County Road B-2 (commercial property) <br />Mr. Tong expressed appreciation to the City Council for their hard work. Mr. Tong <br />opined that his building and property were not valued realistically; and questioned the <br />proposed tax increase he's been experiencing, and is being asked to experience again in <br />2009. Mr. Tong advised that he would be meeting with Ramsey County to discuss his <br />property valuation. <br />Mayor Klausing closed the Public Hearing at 7:08 p.m. <br />Klausing moved, Pust seconded, cancellation of the Continuation Hearing, and authorize <br />staff to move forward to the subsequent Hearing scheduled for Monday, December 15, <br />2008. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Willmus; Pust; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Mayor thanked members of the audience for their attendance and comments. <br />3. Adjournment <br />The Truth-in-Taxation meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m. <br />
