<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 1, 1968 <br /> <br />The Village council of the village of Roseville duly <br /> <br />met in regular session at the village Hall on Monday, April 1, <br /> <br />1968, at 7:30 o'c1ock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were prese~t~ Acting MaY0r Grauel, <br />Councilmen curley, Shields and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introdueed the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution NO.2065 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR <br />PUBLIC HEARniG ON D'IP ROVEr-rJENT <br />NO. 67-28A <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company, village consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, <br />Saint Paul, Minnesota, to prepare a preliminary report as to <br />the feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting of the <br />acquisition of right of way, installation of permanent street <br />surfacing together with curb and gutter, and necessary storm <br />sewer utilities. <br /> <br />The Council also directed Banister Engineering Company to <br />determine the estimated cost of the improvement, an0 whether <br />
