The prelimi.nary report and cost <br />estimate were previously submi.tted bv the engi."~ers and con- <br />sidered by the Council and were apprl.;,ved and directed to be <br />placed on file i~ the office of the village manager. A hearing <br />was held on April 1, 1968 r~lating to all portions of the <br />proposed improvement except right oi way acquisition as a part <br />of Improvement No. 67-28. It is now proposed herein to provide <br />for an improvement consisting of right of way acquisition, to <br />be known as Improvement No. 67-28A. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />270l North Lexington Avenue, on April 29, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holdj_ng a public hearing on the <br />proposed improvement consisting of right of way acquisition <br />under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, and the clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the tim.e, place, and purpose of that <br />meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Ramsey <br />County Suburban Life, which publications shall be a week apart, <br />and the second pUblication shall be not less than three days <br />before the date of the hearing. Pursuant to M.S. 429.031, <br />Subdivision 1, notice shall also be mailed to the owner of each <br />parcel within the area proposed to be assessed not less than 10 <br />days prior to such hearing. <br /> <br />3.
