Arden hills shall keep reliable records of <br /> <br />water main construction and number of <br /> <br />connections by category, and such records <br /> <br />be subject to reasonable inspection by Board <br /> <br />representatives. <br /> <br />IV. Arden Hills reserves the right to supplement <br /> <br />its water supply with any supply approved by <br /> <br />the Minnesota State Board of Health, provided <br /> <br />that no such supplemental water shall be allowed <br /> <br />to enter the water system of the Board and any <br /> <br />connection or transmission of supplemental water <br /> <br />through mains transmitting wate~ purchased from <br /> <br />the Board shall be subject to approval of the <br /> <br />Board, provided, however, that such approval <br /> <br />shall not be arbitrarily withheld. <br /> <br />V. Water extensions beyond Arden Hills limits into <br /> <br /> <br />other municipalities will be made only with the <br /> <br /> <br />permission of the Board. The Board shall not <br /> <br /> <br />arbitrarily disapprove such connection, prOVided <br /> <br />satisfactory agreement may be reached between <br /> <br />Arden Hills and other municipalities. However t <br /> <br />it is not intended that arrangements may not be <br /> <br />made by such municipalities directly with the <br /> <br />Board for direct supply of water. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
