<br />Revised a s of April 1, 1968 <br /> <br />the Board may exercise the prerogative to increase <br /> <br />the size of facilities for the Board'sbenefit. <br /> <br />The costs of the increased size, as finally <br /> <br />determined, shall be pro-rated between Roseville <br /> <br />and the Board ana design capacity basis. <br /> <br />III. Roseville will begin payment for the costs of the <br /> <br />facilities referred to in Paragraph 12 (b) (II) when <br /> <br />the maximum day demand reaches 28,000,000 <br /> <br />gallons, excluding large fire protection or main <br /> <br />break consumption. The Village of Roseville shall <br /> <br />have the option of selecting anyone of the following <br /> <br />methods of payment: <br /> <br />(a) A lump sum payment. <br /> <br />(b) A time payment plan, including interest <br />charges over the remaining years of the <br />contract or for a renegotiated period of the <br />contract. Such interest charges to be equal <br />to that being paid by the Board for bonds for <br />the project or by the City of Saint Paul on <br />a similar issue at that time. <br /> <br />(c) A revised rate schedule which would prOVide <br />sufficient funds over and above the rate <br />schedule contained in the First Rider to <br />Agreement to amortize full payment of <br />the cost of the facilities, plus interest <br />charges over the remaining years of the <br />contract or for a renegotiated period of <br />the contract. Such interest charges to <br />be equal to that being paid by the Board <br />for bonds for the project or by the City <br />of Saint Paul on a similar issue at that <br />time. <br /> <br />-6- <br />
