Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings <br />Councilmember Willmus spoke in support of the City Council's pursuit of a biennial <br />budgeting process and budgeting for outcomes that may result in a smoother budgeting <br />process. <br />Councilmember Willmus thanked fellow Councilmembers, citizens and staff for the great <br />experience in serving on the City Council; opining that it had been a great experience. <br />Councilmember Roe encouraged Councilmember Willmus to feel free to contribute to <br />ongoing discussions in the years to come. <br />16.
