<br />B. Roseville shall determine the amount of the <br /> <br />statement by adding the following item s only. <br /> <br />1) The average cost per 100 cubic feet or per <br /> <br />1000 gallons of water per month charged to <br /> <br />Roseville by St. Paul. <br /> <br />2) All additional costs incurred by Roseville <br /> <br />for the administration of this contract or transmitting <br /> <br />water to Arden Hills, including but not limited <br /> <br />to, costs of reading and maintaining meters, <br /> <br />cost of billing Arden Hills and any legal or <br /> <br />engineering cost in administering or enforcing <br /> <br />this contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, <br /> <br />Arden Hills shall not be required to pay any <br /> <br />legal or engineering expenses incurred by Roseville <br /> <br />in litigation or arbitration with Arden Hills which <br /> <br />results in a'n arbitration or judiCial determination <br /> <br />in favor of Arden Hills, nor shall Arden Hills be <br /> <br />billed for legal or engineering costs incurred by <br /> <br />Roseville insofar as they relate to differences <br /> <br />between Roseville and St. Paul or between <br /> <br />Roseville and any third municipality receiving <br /> <br />water from Roseville. <br /> <br />3) The costs of maintaining and depreciation on <br /> <br />jointly-used pumping and control equipment, the <br /> <br />apportionment of such costs to be calculated <br />
