<br />4) Costs as set forth in Section X. <br /> <br /> <br />5) Arden Hills shall pay Roseville $25.00 per <br /> <br /> <br />year for each fire hydrant in Arden Hills on an <br /> <br />unmetered supply. <br /> <br />Section VII. <br /> <br />Meter Reading and Billing <br /> <br />A. Monthly readings of the ma ster meter or <br /> <br />meters at the point or points of delivery to Arden Hills shall be <br /> <br />made by Roseville on the last working day of each month. <br /> <br />B. Arden Hills shall supply a master meter at <br /> <br />each point of connection other than covered in Section X of this <br /> <br />Contract. These master meters shall be of a size, type and design <br /> <br />approved by Roseville. Roseville will undertake all reading and <br /> <br />maintenance of these meters. Costs therefore shall be borne by <br /> <br />Arden Hills as provided by Section VI. <br /> <br />Section VIII. Capital Costs <br /> <br />Roseville will not charge Arden Hills any sums for <br /> <br />any capital costs heretofore incurred by Roseville. All additional <br /> <br />capital costs incurred in Roseville or Arden Hills by reason of service <br /> <br />to Arden Hills shall be borne by Arden Hills. Any capital costs <br /> <br />which will benefit both Arden Hills and Roseville shall be shared <br /> <br />on a basis determined by the proportionate design capacity available <br /> <br />to each municipality. <br /> <br />All extraordinary capital repair costs to joint feeder- <br /> <br />main facilities as indicated on Exhibit "B" shall be borne jointly <br /> <br />--- - . - - ~ ,- - _..! - <br />
