That the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners be requested to <br />consider developing the Little Lake Josephine Park as a natural <br />area in accordance with plans that are now on file with the Ramsey <br />County Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />3. That the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners be requested to <br />consider development of the area lying between Victoria Street and <br />West Owasso Boulevard in the Villages of Roseville and Shoreview <br />as an 18 hole golf course facility. If such development took place <br />the Roseville Village Council would dedicate 10 acres of land now <br />owned by Roseville in this site for County use. <br /> <br />4. Tl1at the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners be requested to <br />consider development of the area along Lake Owasso east of Victoria <br />Street at its intersection with West Owasso Boulevard for picnicing <br />and general lake side facilities for the people in Ramsey County. <br /> <br />5.
