<br />w <br /> <br />vlO'/1 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />April 29, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held at the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said <br /> <br />Village on Monday, April 29, 1968, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Shields, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: curley <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of Notice of Hearing on proposed Improvement No. <br /> <br />68-12 in accordance with the resolution adopted April 1, 1968, <br /> <br />which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and <br /> <br />was directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village Manager <br /> <br />als~ exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to <br /> <br />all affected property owners, which certificate was examined <br /> <br />and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by <br /> <br />the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the des- <br /> <br />cription of the general nature and estimated cost of the pro- <br /> <br />posed improvement and the area proposed to be assessed <br />
