FRANK LA NASA, 450 Bayview Drive, representing the Lake <br />McCarrons Improvement Association. Opposed to any additional <br />drainage into Lake McCarrons. <br /> <br />MR. R. M. HO~lES, 455 Bayview: Asked if the area to be <br />improved is presently draining into Lake McCarrons. Also <br />discussed the possibility of the improvement increasing the <br />fertility of Lake McCarrons, and suggested that information <br />be obtained to determine whether this would bethe case. <br /> <br />MR. EDWARD J. BOSSARD, 1738 Skillman Avenue W., representing <br />37 parcels of land in the improvement area. In favor of the <br />improvement and said he felt it was long overdue. <br /> <br />MR. CARL E. ZECHBAUER, 498 W. County Road B: Asked if <br />approval had been granted to Mr. Bossard and Mr. Nowicki to <br />build apartments in the area. He felt they were the only ones <br />who would be benefitted by the improvement. Before Mr. Bossard <br />began building in the area they had no problems. Also wanted <br />to know the proposed location of catch basins. <br /> <br />MR. JOHN DAUBNEY, attorney at law, Minnesota Building, <br />St. Paul, appearing in behalf of f1r. Nowicki: In favor of <br />the improvement and concurs with the recommendations made by <br />Banister Engineering Company. <br /> <br />MR. JOSEPH SCHWARTZ, 500 W. County Road B: Asked where <br />the proposed improvement would cross his property. Also asked <br />
