<br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Improvement No. 68-12, <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution NO. 209l <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING Di.lPROVEMEin' i:lO. 68-12 <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO l"iIl-mESOTA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing pursuant to published notice on proposed Improvement <br />No. 68-l2 consisting of the construction of a system of storm <br />sewers varying in size from 12 inch to 36 inch and collecting <br />and conveying the storm waters from the generally described <br />area and discharging sanle into an open ditch extending <br />approximately 800 feet south from county Road B to the existing <br />water course in B-Dale Villa Park. The work also includes <br />the reconstruction of the aforementioned 800 feet of open <br />ditch and includes the construction of necessary inlets, catch <br />basins, manholes, and the restoration of street surfacing <br />damaged in connection with the construction of the project, <br />all at a cost estimated presently to be approximately $62,214, <br />and all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file in the office of the <br />Village Manager: and having considered the views of all <br />interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, <br />the Council does hereby determine and order that said improve- <br />ment shall be constructed and financed, and special assesements <br />shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, and that the area proposed to be <br />assessed for said improvement will consist of the property as <br />described in the notice of hearing, or portion thereof: and <br />that the village consulting engineers are hereby directed to <br />prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications <br />for the construction of said improvement. <br />
