County Road B: Felt that <br />the open ditch wouldn't be practical since the ground is all <br />soft peat and it would wash away. <br /> <br />MR. EDWARD J. BOSSARD, l738 Skillman: Said the <br />location of the proposed ditch has been a public easement <br />since 1954. <br /> <br />MRS. KATHERINE TAYLOR, 527 Ryan Avenue: Indicated that <br />drainage water comes through the ditch on the Schwartz property <br />and then ponds in the B-Dale park. Asked if a ditch would be <br />put through the park. Said the water washes across a 50 foot <br />strip of HcCarrons Boulevard at that point. <br />
