That the right-vf-way for the extension af �incoln Drive <br />thrQUgh the site be d�dicated in exchange for the City <br />deeding the former Snelli�►g Avenue frontage road right-of- <br />way to the owners. <br />2. � That a 20 foot lic�ht raii transit easement in favor of <br />Ramsey County be reserved as shown on the plat adjacent tfl <br />Sneiling Avenue. <br />3, That the Public Works Department approve ali fi.na� utility <br />and grading plans. <br />4. That the landscape p1.an, includinq landscapinq in adjacent <br />neiqhbors' ya�ds, be reviewed and appraved by City staff <br />after an analysis of utility conflicts. <br />5. That City s�aff reva.ew and approve lighting and signage <br />plans. <br />6. That the new publia stree� be named Lincaln Drive, not <br />South Campus Drive. <br />7: That additional Iandscaping be provided a� the rear of the <br />Assisted Living buildi.ng and on the north sa.de of the <br />loadinq dock area, to be reviewed and appro�ed by City <br />staff. <br />8.
