(aka ASTECH Corp.) of St. Cloud, Minnesota for <br />$2,491,836.78 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements according to the <br />plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of <br />the City Engineer. <br />3. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits <br />made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be <br />retained until contracts have been signed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor and the following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
