Attachment A <br />J4ZNT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />FOR TH� CTTY 4F RQSEVILLE EXTENSION OF MIS SER�ICES AND <br />SUPPORT TO CITY OF VADNA�S HEYGHTS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into by and between the C'ITY 4F ROSEVILLE, a <br />Minnesota mi�nicipal corporation ("Roseville"), and the CITY OF VADNAIS HEIGHTS a <br />Minnesota municipaf corporation ("Vadnais �Ieig�ts"), is effective upon the execution af this <br />Agreement by the narr�ed officez•s �f both cities. <br />RECITALS <br />Vi��TEREAS, Roseville has an established Informatian Tec�inology Departnlent and <br />technical employees that are capable of providing services desired by Vadnais Heights, and <br />VWT�EI�EAS, Roseville has an existin� Microsoft Windows Active Directory networking <br />domain including 1Vlicrosoft �xchange messaging systerns; and. <br />��TEREAS, Vadnais Heights desires technol.ogy and neiwork reIafed. services and <br />support, and <br />'VVHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 471.59 autharizes political s�ubdivisians of the State ta <br />enter inio Joint powers Agreements for ihe joint exercise of power� common to each. <br />NOW, T�E�tEFORE, it is n��itually stlpulated and agreed to as foltows: <br />1. SERVI�ES. <br />A.
