Classification and Retention of Electronic Communications <br />2 <br />3 • Regardless of whether electronic communication by a Council Member is <br />4 taking place on a City-provided computer, home computer or other computer <br />5 system, classification of information as public, private or other is governed by <br />6 the Minnesota Government Data Practices Ac t(Minn. Stat.
