Landlord reserv�s the right to designate the [ocation and �umber of parf�ing spaces to be reserved for Tenant and Tenant's employees. SEGTION C- 17. Extermina�ion. Landlord may direct the use of all pest extermination and scavenger contractors at such intervals as Landlord may require. SECTfON C- 18. Use �f S�o�pinq Cer�ter Narne. Landlord reserves the right to sele�t the name ofi the Shopping Center and the buildings therein ar�d to mal<e such change ar changes of name as it may deem apprapriate from time to time, and Tenant shall refer to the Shopping Center ar�d the €�uilclings rherein by and nai�e othe� thart: (i) the name as sef�cted by Land�ord {as same may be charsged from time to time), and the street address, or {ii} the postal address, a{�pravec! by the United $tate Post Office. Tenant shall not �se the name of the Shopping Center and the builclings th�rein except to identify the focation of its �7U51C1@55. S�C�ION C- � 9. Displa.�s. All ar�icles anc! the arrangement, style, eolor and general appe�rance thereo#, in the ir�tertor of the Premises w#�ich shall be �isible from the exterior tF�ereof, includirrg, wi�hout liniitation, window dis�lays, advertisinc� matter, signs, merchandise and stare fixtures, shall be n�aintained in Ice�ping wit� the character and standards of the Shopping Cen��r. SECTION C- 20. Obnoxious Activities Not Permitted. Tenant will not without th� written consent �f Landlord or as otherwise provided for f�erein, maintain any merchandise or other articles in any vestibule or entry of the Premis�s or autside of the Premises; use or permit any loud speal<ers, phonographs, public address systems, flashing, movirzg and/or rotating fights, so�nd arnpfifiers, radio or broadcasts within the Premises which are audible or visible o�tside tt�e Premises; cause or p�rrnit odors �o emanate or �e dispelled frarri the Premises; except withir� the Pr�mises, solicit husiness or distri�ute advertising material wi�hin the Shopping Center, permit the �arl<ing of delivery vehicles so as to interfere with the �se af any driv�way, wall<, �arl�ing area, or other Common Areas; or recei�e or ship artic�es af any kind except thro�gh service faci�ities designated by Lanc�lord. SECTfON C- 21. Waiver. Lancllord may waive any �ne or more of these Rules and ReguEations for �he benefit of any �articular tenant or tenants, but no such waiver by Landfo�d shali be car�stru�d as a waiver of these Rules and Regulations in favor of any other tenant or tenants, �or prevent Landlorcl �rom thereafter e�farcing any such Rules and Regulations against any or all of the tenants of the 5hopping Center. SECTION C- 22. Lease prevails. These Rules ancf Regulations are in addition to, and shall not be construed ir� ar�y way to madify, alter or arnend, in whole or in part, the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of any lease of Premis�s in the Shopping Center.
