SECTfON C- 7. Invasians, Mo_f?s. In case of invasion, mo�, riot, public excitement or other circ�mstances rendering such action advisable in Landlord's opinion, Landlord reserves the right to prevent access to the S�oppif�g Center c4uring the continuance of sam� by such action as Landlord rr�ay deem appropriate, including clasing entrances to the Shopping Center. SECTlON C- 8. Securitv. Tenant s�all see that the doors of the Premises are closed and securefy locl<ed at such time as Tenant's employees leave the Shopping Center. SECTION C- 9. Plu�binc�. The toilet rooms, to�lets, urinals, washbowls and ather apparatus shal! r�ot be �sed for any purpase other than that for which they are constructed; r�o foreign substance of ar�y I<ind whatsoe�er shall be depositeci therein, and any dama�e resufting to same from Tenant's misuse shall be paid for by Tenant. SECTIQN C- 10. Concessionaires. Except with the prior consent of Landlord, Tenant shali not s�lf, or permit t�e sale froFrt the Premises of, or use or permit the use of sidewalk for the safe of newspapers, ma�azines, periodicals, or any other �oods, merc�andise or service, nor shail Tenant carry ane, or pefmit or allow any er��ployee or other persan ta carry one, i�usiness in or from the Prernises for the service or accammoc€ation of occu�ants of any other portion of the Shopping Center, nor shal! the Aremises b� used for man€�€acturi�g o� any kind, or for any h�siness or acti�ity other than that specifically �ro�ided for in the Lease. SECTION C- 11. Antennas. Tenant shall r�ot install any radio or television antenna; laudspeaker ar other device on the roof or exterinr wails af the Shopping Center. SECTfON C- 1 Z. Trash. Tenant shall store all its trash and garbage in such bcation in the 5hopping Center as may be clesignated from time ta time by Landlord. No material sl�alf be placed in the 5hopping Center trash boxes or receptacles if such materials is of such nature thati it may not be disposed of in the ordinary and customary manner of removing and disposi�g of tras� and gar�age ir� tt�e City in which the Premises are focatecf without f�eing in violation of any law or ordinanc� governing sucl� disposal. Landlord shail direct the remo�al of all Tenant's trash aricf garba�e frarn the Premises ar Tenant's expense. SECTfON C- 13. Loading and Unloadina. Ail load�ng and unloacling af inerchandise, supplies, materiafs, garbage and refuse anc� deliver of same to the Premis�s shall be made only through such entryways, at such tim�s and accorc�ing to such ro�€tes that Landlord sha11 designate. In its use of the loacling areas, Tenant s�all not obstrt�ct br permit tF�e obstructian of said loading ar�as, and at no tirne shalf Tenant park vehicles therein exce�t for loading and unloading. No deliveri�s shall be left unattended in the Common Areas, Tractor trail�rs shafl not be stored in the parl<in� lot. SECTION C- 14. Soli___..___ citinc�• Canvassing, soliciting, �eddling or distribution o�r har�dbills or any other written material i� the Shopping Center is {�rohibi�ed, and Tenant shall cooperate to prevent same. ?3
