FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />, The appointment of new board members does not have a direct financial impact to the City. <br />� GLWMO's annual budget is e0qually supported by Roseville and Shoreview. <br />� STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />� Staff is recommending that the Council appoint one of the two applicants to fill the remaining <br />� year left of Jim Stark's three year term to expire at the end of 2009. The appointee will be <br />� eligible for reappointment at that time to an additional term. <br />.
